Tentfold

Terms of use

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Veltra Studios LLC, which makes Tentfold. By making an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Tentfold.

Your account

You need to be at least 18, or old enough to run a business where you live, to make an account. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what helpers you add do. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Your stuff stays yours

Your photos, pieces, shows and sales belong to you. You let us store, copy and show them only as needed to run Tentfold for you (for example, showing a photo on your phone and on the website). That permission ends when you delete them or your account.

Numbers are help, not advice

Tentfold works out totals, profit, sales tax estimates, mileage and pack lists from what you enter. We work hard to get them right, but they’re estimates. You’re responsible for your taxes, permits, prices and records. Check anything that matters with the show, your state, or an accountant. Tentfold isn’t tax, legal or financial advice.

Taking payments

Tentfold records sales you take by cash, check, your own card reader, or apps like Venmo. It doesn’t move money. Disputes about a sale are between you and your customer, and payments through another service follow that service’s terms.

Paid plans

Some features may need a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay. Plans renew until you cancel; canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. We’ll give notice before changing a price you’re paying.

Fair use

Don’t use Tentfold to break the law, to sell things you don’t have the right to sell, to get into other people’s accounts, or to overload or attack the service. We can suspend an account that does.

When things go wrong

Tentfold works offline at the booth and syncs when it can. Still, phones break and services go down. Tentfold is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Veltra Studios LLC isn’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, or $50 if you haven’t paid us anything.

Ending it

You can delete your account any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why when we can. If we ever shut Tentfold down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and a way to download your data.

The rest

Florida law governs these terms. If part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update them; if a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Questions go to the help page. See also the privacy policy.
