Common questions
Does it work without signal at the fair?
Yes. Sales, the drawer and expenses save on your phone first and send when you have signal again. The dot at the top of the booth screen says whether everything has saved.
How do I take a card payment?
Run the card on your own reader (Square, SumUp, whatever you use), then tap Card in Tentfold so the sale, the piece and your stock are counted. Tentfold doesn’t move money itself.
I rang something up wrong.
Right after the sale, tap Undo on the Paid screen. Later on, tap “See sales” at the top of the booth screen, then the sale, then Refund. You can put the piece back in stock or not.
Where does the pack list come from?
From what sold at your past shows that are most like the next one: same kind of show, nearby, same time of year. With no history yet, it starts from what you have on hand and gets sharper after every show you close.
Can two phones sell at the same booth?
Yes. Sign in to the same account on both. Each phone rings up sales on its own and they add up together, even if one of them is offline for a while.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Delete my account. On the website: Settings, then Delete account. It deletes everything right away and can’t be undone.
